About My Activities:

The focus of my studies is on System Administration and System and Network Security.

I currently work as Junior System Administrator at the Laboratory of System Security and Administration (LAS), headed by Prof. Dr. Paulo Lício de Geus. I work with Arthur Bispo de Castro (Senior SysAdmin) and Franz Glauber Vanderlinde (Junior SysAdmin).

Besides that, I'm an enthusiast of any kind of wireless technology and also of gadgets that can provide you mobility while still allowing you to produce relevant work (or just having some fun, why not?). Based on that, I help managing a very big and popular Brazilian e-group called MundoSemFio (Wireless World) where people talk about old and new technologies, perspectives, gadget's brands and funcionalities, wireless carriers and other stuff. Feel free to join! Some of my current gadgets are an Asus EeePC 701 (for field support and total mobility), a 16GB iPod Touch 2nd Gen, a Nokia N95 (Smartphone) and a Huawei E226 (3G USB modem).

I 'm also very keen on photography, as you might have noticed. I have an account on Flickr and often not-so-often put new photos I take there. I'm just an amateur photographer (without any Professional pretension [yet]) that likes to work on improving my techniques. I'm very criterious about the quality of my photos .I'd be glad if you could stop by and check my hobby. :-)
